BALTIMORE, MD – On Monday, July 3, around 11:45 p.m., the Baltimore County Police Department responded to a reported pedestrian crash near the intersection of Rolling Road and Dogwood Road, 21244.
The investigation by the Baltimore County Crash Team revealed that 75-year-old Bernard Emanuel was struck by a 2004 Acura TL traveling southbound on Rolling Road and another unidentified vehicle traveling northbound while he was attempting to cross Rolling Road.
Emanuel was immediately taken to a local hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries on July 22. The driver of the Acura remained at the scene, but the driver of the unknown vehicle did not stop.
The Baltimore County Police Department Crash Team is actively investigating the incident and the circumstances surrounding it.
