NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department seeks public assistance in identifying a man involved in a robbery incident.
The incident took place on Thursday, May 25, at approximately 9:36 PM at the intersection of East 150 Street and Courtlandt Avenue.
A 24-year-old woman, walking at the location, was approached by the man who snatched her purse and pushed her to the ground before fleeing.
The suspect, last seen heading southbound on the Third Avenue Bridge towards Manhattan, is described as a male with a dark complexion, approximately 20 to 30-years-old, around 6’ tall, and with a thin build.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, dark sweatpants, and black sneakers. The victim remained uninjured in the incident.
