PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group are requesting the public’s assistance regarding a shootout that occurred at 1 S. 52nd St on last Wednesday.
A 32-year-old man and an 11-year-old girl were injured during the incident, being hit in the left leg and left hip respectively by stray bullets.
The shootout, which took place on the unit block of S. 52nd St., was between several males. Both victims were taken to local hospitals and are in stable condition. Video footage captured two suspects moments before the incident, with a third suspect recorded from a distance.
The first suspect is described as a Black male, 30-35 years old, dark brown complexion, shoulder length dreadlocks, yellow baseball cap, tan khaki pants, and black sneakers. The second is described as a Black male, 18-22 years old, medium brown complexion, tan hoody with square-shaped logo on chest, dark teal pants, black sneakers.
Lastly, the third suspect is described as a Black male, black hoody with large white logo on the back, black pants, black shoes with white soles.
