CAMBRIDGE, MD – Jaclyn Marie Johnson, 35, of Madison, was arrested by Cambridge Police Department on Saturday, pursuant to an active Dorchester County District Court Arrest Warrant.

The charges against Johnson include robbery, second-degree assault, and theft.

These charges stem from an incident that occurred last Thursday at the K2 Beverage store on Bayly Road. Johnson allegedly followed a victim to the store, where the victim was intending to cash a winning lottery ticket.

It is claimed that Johnson forcibly took the lottery ticket and the cash from the victim’s hands and fled the store.

Surveillance footage helped the officers to identify Johnson as the suspect. Johnson is now being held in the Dorchester County Department of Corrections without bond.
