NEW YORK, NY – A 79-year-old man was attacked inside a Washington Heights business on Sunday, and police have released a photo of the suspect today.
According to the NYPD, on Sunday, July 16, at approximately 5:20 PM, an unknown person approached a 79-year-old male victim inside 4151 Broadway.
The assailant proceeded to punch the victim on the left side of his neck, causing him to fall to the floor.
The individual fled southbound on Broadway. Fortunately, the victim did not require medical attention as a result of the incident.
Detectives are urging anyone with information related to this assault to come forward and provide assistance.
