Mysterious 911 Call Reported After Man Shot in Suffolk

SUFFOLK, VA – On Sunday at around 7:30 p.m., police reported that an unusual an unusual 911 call was made from a local store and quickly ended.

Upon their arrival at the Corner Store on the 1300 block of East Washington Street, Suffolk Police Department officers were informed that a man had been shot and had left the scene.

At 7:41 p.m., a local hospital reported receiving a gunshot victim. The 20-year-old man is currently undergoing treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.

Currently, there are no suspects linked to the incident.
