NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department requests public assistance in identifying an individual believed to be connected to a burglary pattern in the city.
The first incident occurred on Sunday, July 2, around 11:47 am. An unknown individual unlawfully entered the lobby of 123 West 74 Street and removed a package before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported.
The second incident followed on Wednesday, at approximately 2:12 pm at the same location. The individual once again entered without permission, removing a package from the lobby before escaping. Again, there were no injuries reported.
The suspect is described as a male, light complexion, approximately 20 to 30-years-old, with a medium build and facial hair. His attire during the burglaries included a black hat, glasses, a white t-shirt, khaki pants, and dark-colored shoes. He was last seen carrying a multicolored recycling bag.
