BROOKLYN, NY – Oscar Vallejo, a 28-year-old resident of 300 Skillman Avenue, was arrested and charged on Friday, in connection with an attempted rape case under investigation by the New York City Police Department. Charges against Vallejo include attempted rape, unlawful imprisonment, assault, and sexual abuse.
The crime occurred on Monday, June 26, at approximately 10:20 pm, where a 21-year-old female was accosted by an unknown individual riding a motorized scooter in the vicinity of Broadway and Macon Street.
