Fatal D.C. Shooting Leaves 32-Year-Old Dead

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A 32-year-old man was shot and killed early Friday morning in Northeast D.C. The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating the shooting.

Shortly after 1 am, police arrived at the 1000 block of Quebec Place to investigate a report of sounds of gunshots. At the location, officers discovered an adult man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

32-year-old Tymeer Roberts, of D.C., was identified as the victim.
