NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking public help to identify an individual involved in a robbery case in Queens. The incident happened on Sunday, at approximately 9:00 pm. A 36-year-old man was robbed while onboard a shuttle train moving from Beach 105 Street to Beach 116 Street.

The unidentified individual confronted the victim and displayed a firearm, demanding his property. He then struck the victim in the head with the firearm and fired it, hitting the victim in the upper right leg. The robber absconded with the victim’s wallet, containing about $120 and identification documents, at the Rockaway Park-Beach 116 Street station. The victim was transported to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.
