Suspects Arrested in Vandalism and Theft Cases at Places of Worship in Anne Arundel County

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD – Blake Krenzer and Brandon Krenzer of Gambrills, MD, have been charged in connection with a series of hate crimes involving theft and vandalism at several places of worship in the county.

The charges stem from an increase in incidents of theft, vandalism, and destruction at several local places of worship over the past few months, with incidents documented as recently as last Saturday. The most recent charge against the Krenzers is related to the June 13 defacement of Black Lives Matter and Pride signs at the Ark & Dove Presbyterian Church in Odenton.

In another development, Jarren Alexander of Maryland was arrested on Wednesday, for a series of crimes committed against the Fowler United Methodist Church and the St. Phillips Episcopal Church in Annapolis. The case against Alexander is still under review, and additional charges may be filed.
