Police continue search for missing New Jersey teacher

ROXBURY, NJ – Lasd week, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Roxbury Police Chief Dean Adone held a press conference to provide an update on the ongoing investigation of a missing person in Roxbury, New Jersey.

The individual in question is Lara Emanuele, a 46-year-old Caucasian woman from Roxbury, who was last seen on June 7. On the morning of June 8, her vehicle was discovered at the Holiday Inn Express on

A comprehensive search operation has been underway since her disappearance, involving multiple law enforcement agencies and trained civilians. The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, Roxbury Police Department, Morris County Sheriff’s Office, New Jersey State Police Aviation Bureau, and New Jersey Search and Rescue have collaborated in the search effort. The search has focused on the Berkshire Valley State Wildlife Management Area, the vicinity where Emanuele’s vehicle was located.

The MCPO Missing Persons Unit has also been conducting investigative work in parallel with the search efforts.
