The winning scratch-off was purchased at Royal Farms #052, situated at 2410 East Joppa Road in Baltimore. As a result of selling the top-prize winning ticket, the Baltimore County store will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery.
This particular $1 million top-prize winning instant ticket is the second to be sold for the Hot 777 game, leaving four top prizes still up for grabs.
