NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual responsible for an assault on an elderly man inside a CVS Pharmacy at 1346 Pennsylvania Avenue. The incident took place on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at around 1:18 pm.
During the incident, the 78-year-old victim was approached and assaulted by an unknown individual who punched him in the face and the back of the head. Following the attack, the assailant fled the scene on foot. The victim was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Brookdale in stable condition.
