Brooklyn, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual involved in a severe bicycle collision.
The incident occurred on Frida, at approximately 9:16 p.m. at the intersection of Avenue R and Nostrand Avenue, within the jurisdiction of the 61 Precinct. A 911 call reporting the collision led officers to the scene.
Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered an unconscious male lying on the ground, suffering from significant injuries. Emergency Medical Service arrived and transported the injured individual to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where he remains in critical condition.
The unidentified male did not possess any form of identification at the time of the incident.

The unidentified individual is described as a Hispanic male, estimated to be between 35 to 40 years old, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing around 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair, along with several tattoos on his left arm and additional tattoos on the dorsal side of his left hand.
