NEW YORK, NY – A Brooklyn pizza delivery driver was assaulted and robbed by a group of teens Wednesday afternoon and today, police released photos of the suspects wanted for the attack.
Detectives are asking the public to help identify the four teens wanted for the attack that happened at around 2:32 PM, in front of 1548 East New York Avenue.
According to police, the 36-year-old male victim, who was working as a pizza delivery driver, was approached by a group of four individuals.
The suspects, described as males in their teens with dark complexions and thin builds asked the driver if the victim had any money. When the victim stated that he did not, the group proceeded to assault him physically.
The victim suffered multiple blows to the head during the attack. The perpetrators took the victim’s cellphone and fled the scene, entering 290 Blake Avenue.
The victim, sustaining injuries to his head, received medical attention from Emergency Medical Services at the scene.
He was later transported to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he is reported to be in stable condition.

The New York Police Department has released images capturing the suspects near the incident location and inside 290 Blake Avenue, in the hope that members of the public may be able to help identify them.
