14-year-old charged with violent 'anti-white' hate crime in Queens

NEW YORK, NY – A 14-year-old has been charged with an ‘anti-white’ hate crime associated with a violent attack on a man in Queens, according to the NYPD.

s part of an ongoing investigation, a 14-year-old male has been arrested and charged on Tuesday. The charges filed against the individual are related to an alleged anti-white hate crime assault.

According to the report provided to the police, on Friday, April 14, at approximately 7:00 p.m., in the rear of 575 Main Street, a 35-year-old male victim was approached by three unidentified individuals.

One of the assailants kicked the victim in the head, while two others made derogatory and discriminatory remarks based on the victim’s race, which was caucasion.

The perpetrators fled toward the Roosevelt Avenue MTA ‘F’ train station. The victim experienced head pain but did not require hospitalization.

The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force is currently investigating this incident.
