Double Shooting Leaves One Dead In Northeast Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating the shooting that left one man dead and one injured in Northeast Baltimore on Wednesday afternoon.

Shortly after 4 pm, police arrived at the 5400 Block of Moores Run Drive to investigate a report of a gun discharging. Police found a 59-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and right leg. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.

Officers from Baltimore County arrived at an area hospital a short time later to investigate a walk-in gunshot victim. Police found a 40-year-old man with a gunshot wound in his foot. The victim is currently in stable condition.

An initial investigation revealed that the victim was also shot at the 5400 block of Moores Run Drive.
