CLEVELAND, OH – A Cuyahoga County grand jury has recently returned an indictment against Dalontay Edmond-Geiger Sr., 31, for the alleged kidnapping, assault, and confinement of a 60-year-old woman.
In May 2023, it is reported that Edmond-Geiger Sr. picked up the victim and drove her to his residence near West 97th Street and Henley Court in Cleveland. The victim was physically assaulted, stabbed, and restrained.
On Tuesday, May 2, 2023, the Cleveland Division of Police responded to a welfare check at Edmond-Geiger Sr.’s residence. They discovered the victim in distress inside a small plastic container on the porch. The victim was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, and Edmond-Geiger Sr. was arrested at the scene.
