It's Eggs Up for Richmond breakfast lovers

RICHMOND, VA – Eggs Up Grill, a popular breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant chain, opened its doors this week in Midlothian, Virginia. The new location, situated at 12050 Southshore Pointe Drive in the Southshore Shops off Hull Street, is the third Eggs Up Grill franchise for Rob and Karla Thompson. The couple already owns two other restaurants in Virginia, one in Bon Air and the other on John Rolfe Parkway in Richmond.

Rob Thompson, a retired Naval Intelligence Officer who previously served on the Chesterfield County School Board, is excited to bring the beloved Eggs Up Grill to hungry locals. The 3,420 square-foot restaurant features indoor seating for up to 140 customers in a light, bright, and cheery atmosphere. The Hull Street location serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch every day from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests can choose to dine in, order online, takeout, or opt for catering and delivery. There’s even a private room for larger groups or community gatherings called “The Coop.”

Eggs Up Grill, with its presence across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama, is soon to enter Texas and Mississippi. The chain’s menu features a variety of breakfast staples, including eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy, and muffins, and also offers salads and sandwiches for lunch. Eggs Up Grill is known for its great food and drinks, friendly service, and affordability, making it a top choice for both guests and franchise partners.
