COLUMBUS, OH – Police in Columbus are searching for the vehicle used in a deadly shooting in East Linden Thursday.
On Thursday, Linda Johnson, 69, was shot outside a house in the 1900 block of Aberdeen Avenue by an occupant inside a passing Honda Accord.
Police responded to find Johnson unresponsive and unconscious. She was pronounced dead.
Homicide investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying a white 2018-2022 Honda Accord believed to have been used in the drive-by shooting.
Detectives have identified the vehicle based on evidence gathered from the scene of the crime. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information about this crime is urged to contact the Columbus Police Homicide Bureau or Central Ohio Crime Stoppers.
