CHICAGO, IL – A 19-year-old male was shot in the leg on Wednesday, inside a residence in the 10900 block of S. King.
The victim was in the company of a known offender when an argument escalated, and the offender produced a handgun and fired shots. The victim was struck in the leg, and the offender fled the scene.
The victim was transported to Roseland Hospital in good condition, where he received treatment for his injuries.
Police have not released the identity of the suspected shooter, but area detectives are actively investigating the case.
