NEW YORK CITY – One person was rushed to the hospital after a slashing incident on Sunday in the Bronx. Today, police released photos of the suspects wanted for the incident.

The incident took place on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at approximately 3:20 PM. A 38-year-old male victim was approached by two unknown individuals in front of 3477 Corsa Avenue.

The suspects punched the victim multiple times and slashed his face with an unknown object. The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition by EMS. The suspects fled in a vehicle last seen heading westbound on Corsa Avenue.

The first suspect is described as a male, approximately 25 to 30 years old, with a light complexion and slim build. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and black sneakers. The second suspect is also a male, approximately 25 to 30 years old, with a dark complexion and slim build, last seen wearing black jeans and black sneakers.

The vehicle is described as a light-colored four-door sedan.
