Toms River Planning Board to Hold Hearing for Major Subdivision Approval Extension

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Township of Toms River Planning Board has announced that it will hold a public hearing on May 3, 2023, to discuss the application of Clearbrook Homes, LLC. The hearing will take place at the L. Manuel Hirshblond Meeting Room in the Toms River Municipal Building at 33 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey.

The applicant, Clearbrook Homes, LLC, is seeking a minimum one-year extension of time for the preliminary and final major subdivision approval granted by the Planning Board through a resolution dated March 17, 2021. The subject property is located at 830 West Briar Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey, in the R-120 Development Zone, at Block 693, Lots 25 and 26, on the Toms River Township Tax Map.

The hearing is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. and all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Additionally, the applicant will seek any variances and/or design waivers which may be required based on an interpretation of the ordinance or requested changes in the plans by the Board.
