Police searching for Bronx moped gunmen

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two individuals connected to a moped drive-by shooting in the Bronx.

On Wednesday, at approximately 7:10 PM, two unidentified males fired multiple shots in front of 221 East 173 Street before fleeing on a moped towards Grand Concourse.

No injuries or property damage were reported as a result of this incident.

The suspects are described as two males, approximately 25 to 35 years of age, with slim builds. The first male individual was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweater, gray sweat pants, white and gray sneakers, and a black facemask.

The second male individual was last seen wearing a gray hoodie sweater, black jacket, black jeans, black sneakers, and a black facemask. Surveillance video and photos have been released by the NYPD, obtained after the incident.
