BROOKLYN, NY – Following an ongoing investigation, the NYPD arrested 40-year-old Martin Love yesterday, in connection to a burglary that occurred within the 84 Precinct and Transit District 30. Love, a resident of Brooklyn, has been charged with burglary, petit larceny, and trespass.
The incident took place on February 12, 2023, at approximately 10:30 AM, when an unknown individual entered a construction area located at the Clinton Street and Montague Street station without permission or authority. The suspect removed numerous tools and two reels of wire from the site, totaling a value of approximately $740.
Surveillance images captured the suspect, who was described as a male with a dark complexion, medium build, black hair, and a black beard. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, black pants, and blue sneakers, carrying a large green bag.
