SCOTT TOWNSHIP, PA – Detectives with the Allegheny County Police Department are actively seeking Bradley Smith, 33, and Abdullah Faheem, 52, on charges of abuse of corpse and criminal conspiracy. These charges stem from an incident in which the deceased body of Lavarr Carroll, 43, was found abandoned on a roadway in Scott Township on May 8, 2022.
Authorities have determined that Smith and Faheem were responsible for leaving Carroll’s body on the roadway. Smith is described as a black male, approximately 6’1″ in height, weighing 175 lbs, with ties to Arnold (Westmoreland County), PA, and Carnegie. Faheem is described as a black male, 5’9″ in height, weighing 200 lbs, with ties to Carnegie and Cincinnati, Ohio.
