Baltimore County, Md – The Baltimore County Police Department has issued a plea to the public to assist in locating a missing teenager, Erika Annaliese Libby, who was last seen at around 12:30 p.m. on April 19, 2023, in the Essex area. Erika is described as a 14-year-old girl who is 5’3″ and weighs 115 lbs.
Erika was last seen wearing a black hoodie, zebra print pants, and blue Crocs. It is important to note that Erika now has black hair. Baltimore County Police Department has urged members of the public to come forward if they have any information regarding Erika’s whereabouts or if they have seen her recently.
The authorities have requested the public to call 911 or 410-887-0220 immediately if they have seen Erika or have any information that may help locate her. The Baltimore County Police Department has also advised residents to be on the lookout for the missing teenager and to report any suspicious activities or sightings to the authorities.
