Newark and Paterson named the worst cities in America to get stoned in

NEWARK, NJ – As 4/20 approaches, a new report has been released showing the best and worst cities in America to get stoned in.

Although marijuana is legalized in New Jersey, no New Jersey towns or cities made the list. Newark and Paterson made the list of worst cities to get stoned in.

Newark was the number one city where getting stoned was not a good option, according to the report.

“We compared over 100 of the biggest (and weed-friendliest) U.S. cities based on 17 metrics, such as access to top-rated dispensaries, consumption lounges, bud and breakfasts, and munchie relievers,” according to Patricia Davis, of LawnStarter.

High crime rates did not factor into the results of the study. The study took into consideration several key factors including access, customer satisfaction, convenience, lounging, entertainment, and local munchie relief.

The two cities made the list due to New Jersey’s infancy in legal marijuana and lack of related businesses, but sources say getting weed in both cities is relatively easy.

The best state to get stoned in was California with six cities making the best cities list.
