Three wanted for assault and robbery inside Bronx train station

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying three individuals who are wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred Friday morning in the Bronx.

According to the police report, the incident happened on Friday, at around 4:55 am when a 52-year-old man was walking up the staircase into the Mosholu Parkway 4 Line Train Station at Jerome Avenue and Mosholu Parkway. Three unknown individuals approached him, with one placing the victim in a headlock while displaying a box cutter.

The other two individuals then kicked the victim in the ribs and took his wallet, book bag, and $350 before fleeing into 3115 Grand Concourse. The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated at an area hospital.

The first suspect is described as a teen-aged male with a dark complexion, standing at approximately 5’7”, and weighing 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.

The second suspect is described as a teen-aged male with a light complexion, also standing at approximately 5’7” and weighing 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and white hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and tan sneakers.

The third suspect is described as a teen-aged male with a light complexion, standing at approximately 5’5” and weighing 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
