NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department has arrested 24-year-old Xu Zhongbo for a series of sex-related crimes involving at least three female victims between the ages of 18 and 30 in the Flushing area.
The incidents took place between Saturday and Monday.
Xu Zhongbo, who is currently undomiciled, has been charged with Sexual Abuse – Forcible Compulsion, Sexual Abuse, Forcible Touching (3 counts), Assault, and Harassment (2 counts).
The NYPD is encouraging anyone with additional information about these incidents or any other related incidents to contact Crime Stoppers to provide further assistance to the ongoing investigation.
