Attackers make off with $3200 worth of liquor in Bronx armed robbery

NEW YORK, NY – A man transporting liquor in the Bronx was robbed at gunpoint last weekend and today, police have released photos of the suspects.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying three individuals wanted in connection with a robbery that took place near the Pelham South apartments.

The incident occurred on Sunday, April 9, 2023, around 4:20 am, outside 2081 Wallace Avenue, when three unknown individuals approached a 38-year-old man seated in his vehicle.

One of the suspects brandished a firearm at the victim through the driver’s side window while the other two removed 32 bottles of liquor and $4500 from the vehicle. The three suspects then fled into 2081 Wallace Avenue.

The victim was unharmed during the incident.

The police have released photos and video footage of the suspects to aid the public in identifying them.

The first suspect is described as a light-complexioned male with a goatee, last seen wearing a black hat, blue shirt, tan pants, and white sneakers.

The second suspect, a medium-complexioned male, was last seen wearing a black jacket with a fur collar, white shirt, black pants, and black and white sneakers.

The third suspect, a light-complexioned male, was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants, and dark-colored boots.
