Man Fatally Shot in Harlem, NYPD Investigating

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred within the 25 Precinct. The incident took place on Tuesday, at approximately 4:19 PM, near East 123 Street and Lexington Avenue.

Police responded to a 911 call of shots fired and discovered a 26-year-old male, identified as Hector Delgado, with a gunshot wound to the head.

EMS transported Delgado to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
