NEW YORK, NY – On Tuesday, at around 12:19 PM, officers in the Bronx responded to a 911 call reporting an assault in progress at Boston Road and Cauldwell Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered a 53-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to the body.
EMS personnel responded to the scene and transported the victim to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. The police are still investigating the incident, and no arrests have been made.
The deceased’s identity has not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
