WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA – On April 3rd, 2023, officers from the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) were dispatched to the 1st block of Robin Hill Dr following reports of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers encountered Jamie Lee Mohn, 45, of Lititz, who was involved in a dispute with her partner.
The investigation revealed that Mohn had become the aggressor during the altercation, leaving her partner with injuries. Evidence collected at the scene led to the decision to charge Mohn with one count of terroristic threats and one count of simple assault, violating the PA Crimes Code 2706(A1) and 2701(A).
Mohn was arrested and transported to NLCRPD headquarters for processing. Following her processing, she was taken before MDJ Tobin for arraignment. The court proceedings will determine the outcome of the charges brought against Mohn, and authorities will continue to investigate the incident to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
