PORT JERVIS, NY – Noah James McCagg, 21, was arrested on Saturday in Port Jervis and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree for possessing a loaded 9mm pistol created with a 3-D printer, which is commonly referred to as a “ghost gun”.

McCagg was arrested after a foot pursuit by the Port Jervis City Police and Orange County Drug Task Force.

A search warrant at McCagg’s residence also recovered a 3-D printer and gun components. The City of Port Jervis Police Department and Orange County District Attorney’s Office are continuing to investigate whether other “ghost guns” were created at the Prospect Street location.
