NEW YORK, NY – Police have identified the victim in a deadly shooting that took place Sunday night in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn.
29-year-old Jorge Salvador of 13th Street was found shot in the torso at around 10:30 pm by officers from the 61st Precinct responding to a shots fired call.
The shooting took place at 2815 Avenue U.
When officers arrived, they found the 29-year-old male shot in the torso. Salvador was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals Coney Island Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
No arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified.
