The incident happened at around 1:00 am in the 100 block of Crain Highway North.

“The victim stated that while he was seated in his vehicle, he was approached by a white male suspect, wearing green sweatpants, a black sweatshirt with a white print, and a black skull cap,” AAPD reported today. “The suspect told the victim that he was an undercover police officer and requested the victim’s license.”
