NEW YORK, NY – A New York City man was beaten and robbed Wednesday evening in the Bronx and the area of 150th Street and Exterior Street.
The New York City Police Department said the man was walking near East 150th Street when a group of males surrounded him and began punching and kicking him, causing injuries to his head and body. During the attack, the victim dropped his phone, and it was picked up by one of his attackers.
The 62-year-old man was treated by New York City EMTs at the scene and released.
