Trenton – Senator Nilsa Cruz-Perez, Senator James Beach, and Senator Troy Singleton introduced legislation today to authorize the impoundment of nuisance motor vehicles, commonly referred to as boom cars. “The love for music is one thing most people share in common, including myself.
