52-Year-Old Was Victim of Armed Robbery in Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE, MD – A 52-year-old man walking down a street in Glen Burnie was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night.

According to police, at 11:00 p.m., officers responded to a robbery of a citizen in the area of Aviation Boulevard and Hollins Ferry Road in Glen Burnie.

“The 52-year-old male victim was walking northbound on Aviation Boulevard near Hollins Ferry Road when an unknown vehicle pulled over on the shoulder in front of him. The right front passenger got out of the vehicle, displayed a handgun, and demanded the victim’s money,” police reported. “The suspect then returned to the vehicle, which fled northbound on Aviation Boulevard.”

The victim did not report any injuries.
