NEW YORK, NY – There are many ways to get to Broadway, but for one man who was fondling himself and exposing his genitals, he chose the New York City subway N train.
There, he approached a 29-year-old man while the train was approaching the Broadway and 31st Street Station and he began fondling himself over his clothes, before touching his genitals, the New York City Police Department reported today.
The incident happened last Tuesday at around 3:30 am.
