ESSEX, MD – Police in Baltimore County have reported the discovery of a decomposing body in the area of the Essex Skypark on Sunday morning. The find was just outside of Baltimore in a remote wooded area.
According to police, at around 11:00 am Sunday afternoon, Baltimore County homicide detectives responded to the 1400 block of Diffendall Road on the report that a body that had been discovered on the side of the road.
“The decomposing body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner where an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death. Currently, the identity of the male is unknown,” police said.
No further details were released.
