GLEN BURNIE, MD –
On May 25, 2022, at approximately 10:30 p.m., officers responded to Clauss Liquors, located at 604 Crain Highway North in Glen Burnie, for a report of a fight in the bar. A male and female victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries from an unknown type of edged weapon during the altercation. No suspects have been identified. Through investigative means, detectives were able to identify the suspect in this case. Irfan Simms was charged with attempted murder and other charges. Anyone with any additional information can call Northern District Detectives at 410-222-6135.
