FREDERICK, MD – Police in Frederick have announced the arrest of Osmin Eliseo Lopez-Torrest, 21, for the March stabbing of a woman in Providence Court.
According to police reports, at approximately 8:45 a.m. on Friday, March 25, the Frederick Police Department received a 911 call in the 1100 Block of Providence Court. Patrol officers located an adult female who had been stabbed in the torso.
“Through evidence and information obtained, detectives positively identified the suspect as Osmin Eliseo Lopez Torres (DOB 1/12/2001),” police said. “Detectives determined Lopez Torres and the victim knew each other and this was not a random incident. Lopez Torres was charged with First-degree attempted murder and associated charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest.”
Police said May 27th Lopez-Torres was located and arrested without incident in Salinas, California.orney’s Office.
