HOWARD COUNTY, MD – The Howard County Police Department has issued the following police blotter incident reports that occurred between May 26 and 27, 2022. These incidents do not reflect all calls for service responded to by the department.
Weapon violation
Columbia, 21044: 5400 block of Harpers Farm Road, May 26 8:44 p.m.
Police responded for a report of a male suspect in possession of a handgun. Police located the suspect and recovered a loaded handgun from him. The suspect was arrested.
ARRESTED: Henry Trotier, 21, of Ellicott City, charged with a weapon violation
Residential burglary
Jessup, 20794: 8300 block of Gatewood Drive, May 26
Unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole various items.
Elkridge, 21075: 6700 block of Old Waterloo Road, May 26 9:19 p.m.
Police responded for a report of a male suspect entering and attempting to enter several apartments. Nothing was reported stolen. Police located the suspect nearby and arrested him. Charges are pending.

Columbia, 21045: 8700 block of Hayshed Lane, May 26-27 overnight, multiple vehicles: various items
8400 block of Greystone Lane, May 26-27 overnight, multiple vehicles: unclear what, if anything, was stolen
8600 block of Cobblefield Drive, May 26-27 overnight, nothing reported stolen
9000 block of Red Branch Road, May 26-27 overnight, multiple vehicles: catalytic converters
