BALTIMORE, MD – On Friday, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers from the Franklin precinct responded to the 9600 block of Reisterstown Rd 21117, for a reported shooting incident.
“Once on scene officers discovered a male victim suffering from a single gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital, and is currently listed in critical but stable condition.,” Police said. “Through their investigation detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit were able to identify the suspect responsible for the incident. Joseph D Carter, 30, was arrested and charged with attempted murder.”
He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.
