NEW YORK, NY – New York Police say a man who snatched a yarmulke off the head of a 6-year-old Jewish boy is now wanted for grand larceny. On Sunday morning at around 11 am, in the Bronx, the man stole the religious head covering from the child in front of a private religious school at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Lafayette avenue.
