50 Year-Old Man Shot in Southwest Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On February 21, 2022, at approximately 10:39 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 2900 block of Riggs Avenue to investigate a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 50-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot to the right shoulder. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Southwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
