PORTLAND, OR – On January 30, 2022, at 8:30pm., officers were dispatched to the area of Northeast Couch Street and Northeast 52nd Avenue after someone called 911 to report hearing what they believed was gunfire. Officers responded as several other 911 reports about the incident were made. Officers arrived and found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Officers quickly determined the victim was deceased.
